MetaKit Patches for Codewarrior Pro 8

Folks,

This is embarrassing, but I sent one of you my Carbon port of MetaKit 2.4.7, and you wrote back to let me know that some changes were necessary to get the code to compile under CW Pro 8, which I haven't yet been able to upgrade to. I've since upgraded my OS to Jaguar, and in the process I'm afraid I wasn't sufficiently careful with my mail, and lost that message. Could whoever that was please send me the changes that you made, as someone else is now asking for them?
