DrawSprockets

Hi,
Does anyone use DrawSprockets with OSX? It does work doesn't it? I am
about to try adding it to my OS9 program, to control the VBL retrace stuff.
I've had a LOT of trouble getting frame rates in OSX that are anywhere near
what I get in OS9--I'm wondering if DrawSprockets will help or hurt that. I
figure that if programs like Final Cut can work on OSX, then there *must* be
a way to get my OSX version to run as quickly as my OS9, but I've gone
through many revisions, adjusting to suggestions in Apple technotes, etc,
but the two versions don't compare at all. OS9 kicks OSX's ass every time,
easily.
