Defines new texture formats and new calls to support the use of paletted textures in OpenGL.

System: Mac OS X 10.2 Jaguar
Renderers: GeForce 2MX, GeForce 4MX, GeForce 3, GeForce 4Ti

Unfortunately the paletted textures aren't supported across the line.
