HMDisplayTag missing?

This is a bit strange. Some help manager functions are working without
problems (e.g. HMAreHelpTagsDisplayed, HMSetWindowHelpContent). But I get
link errors for HMDisplayTag and HMHideTag. Does anyone know where they're
hiding?

They're in carbon.h, but apparently not in carbonLib.
