glReadPixels bug with OpenGL 1.4

We are seeing some corruption in the pixels returned by glReadPixels()
under OS 10.2.3 that we weren't seeing under 10.2.1. It may be limited to
ATi cards, Radeon 8500 or better. It may only occur when a subsection of
the buffer is read. It may only occur when aglSetFullScreen() is used.

Is this a bug in 10.2.3/OpenGL 1.4? Has anyone else seen similar problems?
