Thank you, John. It is good to know a new Shader Builder is on the way.
Is GL_ARB_fragment_program supported on the Geforce4 Ti 4600 currently
in 10.2.3?

We exported all of the extensions any particular hardware supports.
You'll see some of the new extensions listed, but not all. Some of the
new extensions aren't supported by any current shipping hardware, PC or
Macintosh.
We're working towards releasing a new Shader Builder. I can't
pre-announced a date, but it's in the works.

MacOS X 10.2.3 delivers OpenGL 1.4 and 13 new extensions.
