We exported all of the extensions any particular hardware supports. You'll see some of the new extensions listed, but not all. Some of the new extensions aren't supported by any current shipping hardware, PC or Macintosh._______________________________________________
We're working towards releasing a new Shader Builder. I can't pre-announced a date, but it's in the works.

Also, when will we get GL_ARB_fragment_program support in "OpenGL Shader
Builder" application?
