No currently shipping graphics hardware is capable of supporting
GL_ARB_fragment_program extension. You're going to have to wait on
this one.
In other words, John, would a Geforce4Ti GL_ARB_fragment_program extension
be provided down the road to remap instructions into to texture_shader and
register_combiners? or are we stuck with those low-level APIs until we buy
new replacement graphics cards.
