I installed the Dec2002 dev tools and os10.2.3 and the opengl header file has been downgraded.

This is what appears in the opengl framework.
This file doesnt have GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_EXT or GL_BGRA_EXT.
They have gone missing or moved?
