This file doesnt have GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_EXT or GL_BGRA_EXT.
They have gone missing or moved?

This sounds pretty scary -- anyone else can confirm this? I'm putting off the Dec 2000 tools installation until some light is shed on this issue...
