BTW, the header below IS correct. It is SGI's standard header and has been the same since Mac OS X shipped.

Sorry for not replying sooner. I was very sick with a cold.

The problem seems to be that something was automatically including <OpenGL/glext.h>
Its not doing that with the new headers and/or DevTools stuff.
I wasnt including it. I am now.
