That's a dead link.

Something's generally misbehaving with the QA web "application"/server. Quite often, it will return a 404 or equivalent sort of "page not found" for the document in question. Other times, it will return the document just fine. I've also seen it do this with other QA pages, but this is the first I've seen which seems to have a "frequent" problem. If you set your system to not cache that path, you can likely reproduce what we're seeing. How should we (us who are seeing this issue) file reports on this problem?
