using GLUT as CodeFragment lib?

In general I can use GLUT in PB as framework without problems but in a different context (and programming language) I have no way to directly use the GLUT.framework files. I can deal with code fragments and could, for instance, use CFM accessors such as GetSharedLibrary but how can I turn the "GLUT.framework" into some kind of CFM compatible shared library such as "OpenGLLib" in the CFMSupport folder?
