Problem with glTexSubImage2D on OSX

Hi,

I'm having a bit of trouble with glTexSubImage2D and while it may be
that this is a bug in my code I thought I'd ask if there's any known
problem :-) Here is what happens: I use a large texture in which I
update small rectangular regions using glTexSubImage2D. When I do this
it appears as if entire pixel rows of the target texture are updated
with the contents of the inner region by wrapping that region around and
around (sorta like a wrap-around texture coordinates).

Is this a known problem?! If not, is there anything to keep in mind
(thinking of pixel store/transfer/unpack attributes) which might cause
that behavior?! The same code (with minor modifications) seems to run
fine on Windows so my guess is that this might be a Mac specific issue.

Any advise is appreciated - I'm running this on an iBook with OSX and
ATI Rage Mobility chip.

Thanks,
- Andreas
