Try this version:
http://www.jcode.org/files/nvparse.zip
To build, go into src/nvparse and run make. To use, add inc/nvparse to
your include path and link to lib/libnvparse.a.
Let me know if you run into any issues with this version.

Just wanted to hear if anyone knows of a working version of NVParse for
the mac... I've played around with Ogre's version but keep getting GL
errors from it.
