How much VRAM is in use?

The Apple program System Profiler makes it easy to determine the total amount of main memory my computer has (2 GB), and the amount of VRAM (64 MB). The Apple program Activity Monitor makes is easy to interactively observe the amount of main memory in use and free, both numerically and by viewing a pie chart icon, that can be shown in the Dock. How can I determine how much of the VRAM is use and free?
