Thanks a lot for your replies. First of all, for those
of you who suggested programatic control of vsync, I
can code that in my apps, but not in third-party apps
where I don't have access to source code.
I downloaded "ATI Displays". Unfortunately the "OpenGL
overrides" tab doesn't appear in my iMac (G5-2GHz,
Radeon9600). Only "Info" and "Advanced" are available.
Also, I noticed Tiger takes longer to boot now (it was
like 10 seconds before, but now it takes three times
more)

I'm a bit afraid... Could ATI Displays have messed the
factory Tiger installation?
Is there some way to uninstall "ATI Displays"?
