When I tested glReadPixels(... GL_DEPTH_COMPONENT ...) on the Linux nvidia 
drivers I found that only 0 is returned no matter of the actual depth buffer 
content. Not sure if I did something wrong or if that applies to the Mac 
drivers as well.
