GMA 950 supports GLSL on Mac OS X. On Windows, Intel hasn't
exposed/implemented it in their drivers.
The hardware limits are about the same as the Radeon 9600, but the #
of available temporary registers is much lower, which is the most
likely cause for programs to fall back to software / fail to work.
Do you have specific examples of shaders with problems?
