QDBeginCGContext and MacApp 15.1.1

MacApp 15.1.1, as it exists right now, from ClubMacApp has introduced a
dependency on QDBeginCGContext et al. These are a set of calls that were
introduced in CarbonLib 1.5 / Universal Interfaces 3.4.1. But these
calls are not in the actual libraries - neither stub nor real library -
for CarbonLib 1.5 and it gives link errors.

How are others handling this?
