Modal DialogBox and floatting palettes

Hi,
My application must display a Modal dialog box ( over non floatting documents ). I have 2
floattings palettes. When I call PoseModally(), the palettes are on topmost but are desactived.
How can I tell to MacApp that the palette must be active with this dialog box?
