Problem Steve's Latest updates

I updated to Steve's latest MacApp. My app and then the MacApp example,
Calc (only one I tried), stopped calling DoMouseCommand() when a mouse was
clicked in the active view.
I went back to previous versions for the
UDispatcher and UView and both apps worked again.

Anything missing from the update that would explain this behavior?
(It is a possible Pilot error (mine) with CVS)
