GetDynamicResizeLimits?

Our app overrides GetDynamicResizeLimits in order to constrain the size of the window when the user either manually resizes the window or when they click on the zoom box. With MacApp 16/Carbon Events/Mach0, these constraints no longer work because GetDynamicResizeLimits does not get called on the window when it is resized or when the zoom box is clicked. How do I get this functionality when using carbon events?
