I have a cocoa dialog in a macapp application and am having trouble
with menu enabling and keyboard shortcuts.
The dialog displays ok, but the cut, copy, paste and undo menu items
in the macapp menus are all not enabled. The keyboard shortcuts do not
work. If I right click in a edit text field then I get a contextual
menu with the appropriate menu items enabled and they work. Editing in
the text fields works as it should.
Has anybody else had this problem and if so do they know of a solution.
