SuperPrint 1.1

Hi folks,
We can't get SuperPrint 1.1 (which is in one of the Apple bundles) to work under MacManager (MM version 1.3 on iMacs running 9.0.4). We tried both in restricted finder and in panels.

Background:
Installed SuperPrint 1.1. We put it in the Other Applications* folder which is the Applications folder. It runs fine in System Access.

Computer settings: virtual memory off, monitors set to 256 colors.

In MacManager Admin - Computers - Security - we selected Applications can open other applications including helper applications.

When we log in as a member of a MacManager workgroup (either Panels or Restricted Finder) we get message: You must successfully install SuperPrint Deluxe before running. See installation instructions for details.

What are we missing? Thanks in advance for any help.
