Unimplemented Trap "panels" logging in

Have just setup MM on a AppleShare IP 6.3.1 server and on a 5500/225 with
system 7.6.1 and MM 1.4.1 logging into a user I get a system bomb
"unimplemented trap" "panels".

Does anyone have any idea other then a clean system install :-)

Note these machines used to be on At-Ease and we did a "Custom Remove" and
removed all "at-Ease" items from the Extensions Folder.
