Hidden Documents Folder

Sorry to put this one on you again folks, I know I have seen the answer to
this a while back, but it never happened to me until now. I have tried to
search the list archives, but the apple ones are useless, and MacMgr.com
doesn't seem to want to search at the moment, sure it's just a temporary
glitch.

The problem: One user, loggs in, can see her Documents panel, can load up
any file. When she comes to save, the docments folder can't be found.
Checked on the server, true to life the documents folder has dissapeared
from her user folder. Do a search for one of the files in her folder. It
finds the file, but both the file and the documents folder are greyed out.

How do I get the documents folder back?

Thanks BTW, if this has been answered before, please reply directly so as
not to waste time on the list.
