Printing Activity Reports

I would like to be able to track all printing usage via Macintosh Manager
reports but I have encountered a couple of problems. First, I can't seem to
back more than a month or two to track activity. Second, only the items
printed by staff are being displayed. I have all workgroups printing to
desktop printers selected in Macintosh Manager. Is there a setting I'm not
aware of or is this just not possible?
