Tesselmania Deluxe

We are consistently having a problem with Tesselmania Deluxe. The
program works fine in restricted finder and students are able to save in
their documents folder. After ejecting the cd and logging out, the next
person cannot log in to any workgroup, including system access. The
error message is - Unable to start requested environment.... It is
necessary to restart the computer. These are all indigo imacs 9.0.4, MM
1.3. Has anyone experienced this or have an idea how to fix it?
