access to group shared

Does anyone know of a way to give an AppleShare user who is not a
Macintosh Manager user access to a group shared folder within the
Macintosh Manager sharepoint?

I tried making the user a member of a new AppleShare workgroup called
News Team Advisors (not a Mac Magr workgroup). Then in AppleShare admin
I set privileges for the Group Shared folder in question so that the
owner stayed as Multiple Users User, but I also gave the News Team
Advisors workgroup read/write access. and I checked the "override
enclosing folder's privileges".
