Thanks in advance to all you expert!

If I divide my server work load between 2 servers which server benefits most
from speed.

I have 1 server acting as login and documents server. I am buying a new
server and want to know which function should be placed on the fastest
machine. The new machine will have gig Ethernet and 36 gig SCSI drives.
Should I use the new machine for authentication/login or document storage.

What is the current recommendation for ideal setup. Is it ASIP for both MM
and Docs or is it OS X for MM and ASIP for Docs. Will it change when MM 2.0
ships.

Does John D still recommend ASIP or is he changing his tune to the new OS X.
