Replace batteries.

You can try logging in offline as anyone and log out. This often resets these.
However damage sometimes remains. If the damage is only to the control panels
you can indeed simply replace them but sometimes it shoots open transport in
the foot and you cannot often just replace these directly.

If it's just a matter of replacement you can use NA.
