problem with one application

I've installed MATH Thematics software for teachers. As the administrator I
can launch the app with no difficulties. When I log in as a user with
restricted finder access I get a message when trying to open the app stating
it can't open the library file. I put the application into a special apps
folder. still no change. any suggestions?
