PowerPoint & Restricted Environment

I am trying to get PowerPoint in Office 98 to let
users insert clip art. The users are set up in a
restricted environment. I get a message about can't
find server... reinstall...I have tried the fix posted
on the Microsoft Web page but I can't get it to work.
Is there a work around for this problem. I have a lab
of 20 iMacs running 9.0.4 and G4 Server with Apple
Share 6.3 and Macintosh Manager
