OS 10.2 and Server Admin

I am running OS 10.2 and am trying to run server admin to administer servers
running 10.5. However, server admin doesn't seem to work correctly anymore.
I can no longer copy users from one server to the other...etc. Also, Server
Monitor no longer works either. Has anyone else had any similar problems?
