Internet Explorer Cache

ASIP6.3x clients 9.0.4, occurred on iBook700mhz.

I realize this is off the list topic, but how can I view IE cache? We had some inappropriate viewing and I'm trying to track down the culprit. Printed the MM activity log to determine who was on during time period and which computers were used. I've logged in as those users, checked history, favorites with no luck (some suspects had deleted their history). We follow the directions in Article ID 106467 to store cache.waf at the local HD level.

In Netscape cache was saved as individual files. IE uses the cache.waf to store but can you view the contents?
