Losing desktop printer for OWNER on Assimilated 9.2.2 macs.

Our Mac lab is Assimilated nightly with v 2.0.2. We use the multi-user setup
in os 9.2.2 for various grades.

Oddly, all accounts BUT the owner can use the desktop printer. The Owner
account either has NO printer showing, or it is x-ed out. any attempts to
recreate it fail, saying a printer already exists in that location.

I LOOK on the desktop and in thevolumesettings folder with a disk editor,
and see no sign of a printer.

I have every Laserwriter 8 and Laserwriter 8 prefs file marked to NOT
download from the master image unless missing.

Where, locally, is the owner print priv stored? Why would multi-user kibosh
it? What labeling in Assimilator will solve this?
