Sean,

I'm sure this has been discussed on this list before (check the archives),
but you should contact your Apple SE and request Apple Software Restore for
Mac OS X. It is a collection of utilities and AppleScripts that run under
Mac OS 9, and contains a beta version of Disk Copy that is capable of
creating segmented disk images that ASR can use to restore a hard drive.
