Error -1309 w/ASR

I've just installed 10.1.5 on a disc that has 9.2.2 on it. I'm trying to
get an image of it but I keep getting an error. I go through all the steps
and just as DiskCopy gets to the part where it will actually create it image
it gives me "error -1309". Can't find that error anywhere on Apple's site.
I know I'm using the version of ASR for OS X. I've run Disk Utility a bunch
of times but it comes up clean.

Anyone seen this before or have an idea of why I'm getting this error? ASR
has worked just fine for our OS 9 only discs.
