OS 9.1.x System File corruption

Very weirdnesses here...

Every single machine I've ever installed any OS 9 newer than 9.0.4 (i.e. OS
9.1, 9.2.1, 9.2.2), about half the time after a machine crashes, upon
reboot, I get a error -1728...

Am I the only person in the world with this problem?
