ASR and Disk Copy 6.5b13

I have been trying to make an image of out G4's using this app and have been unsuccessful in three tries. We have the machine set up the way it needs to be. We then try and create an image by following the steps in the 'How to' file. We switch the UDIF size to 1800 megabytes so the image can be segmented so it can be used by ASR but every time we get a -50 error and that has been addressed in the Kbase under issues with Disk Copy 6.3 but none of the 'work arounds' have been successful. Basically i am wondering if anyone has successfully used this and if so how? Thanks.
