Re: Carbon Copy Cloner and FCP

Hi Kevin,

This issue has nothing to dow with Carbon Copy Cloner.
Final Cut Pro needs a "System Folder" - that means that you need Mac OS
9 (Classic) installed! Don't know why, but i had the same problem -
fixed after i installed OS 9 on top of the same partition as the
X-System (start up from OS 9 CD and install it, you need to select the
option to make a CLEAN installation of OS 9, your X System won't be
touched).

After that start up in X and now you can install FCP.
If you have a Upgrade Version you have to first install FCP 1.x-2.x
boot in your OS9 first.
