ANA applications open problem.

I'm trying to run a new image from one iMac (9.2.2) to another using 4.0.5 Apple
Network Assistant. I use the quit applications command but still get the message an
application is running. I've checked startup, gone to Base Extension set, and made
sure nothing but finder is in the Application window. Any ideas on why I can't delete
hard drive or copy hard drive to destination disk? I'm stuck.
