Mac Integration with NetWare w/o IPX

Hi,

Is anybody using Macs with NetWare 5 for authentication and printing
*without* using IPX? Our campus is shutting of IPX between subnets
and I might need to find an alternate solution for OS 9 networking
using NetWare if so. We were originally told by the end of next summer as
we requested an extension, but it looks like it may happen by the end of
the year!!!

If it isn't possible, looks like I'll be setting up a Mac only
environment or interfacing with Win2000.

Any suggestions or comments welcome.
