Authenticated printing and b&w queues.

Hello all,

We have a 10.2.8 server running as a file and print server
in a Mac lab.

What we have to do is charge students for printing with
separate fees for color and b&w prints.

I have two questions:
Is it possible to somehow authenticate the user when printing?
Is it possible to check whether the print is color or b&w? (either
by somehow using a b&w PPD to create a b&w queue on the server, or
perhaps using Quartz Filters?)
