DVD Region Code and Imaging

We are running into a situation where when using firewire drives and Radmind to image our machines we have to touch every computer to set the DVD Region Code, even though this has been set in the initial build. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to how to set the Region Code once and have that be propagated to all the comptuers? Is there a preference file somewhere?
