LDAP/Single Sign on Problem

We have set up an LDAP/OpenDirectory Master server.
We have replicated another server, in a another building, as an OD Replica.
Everything works as it should, except the single sign on.
A user can authenticate, mount their home directory from the server, but if we go to mount the server, it asks for name and password again.
What step did we miss in the set up?
