Re: DVD Region Code and Imaging

Thanks Jerry!
I've been looking for a solution for awhile. It worked great. The only modification I had to make was the group setting from staff. We have a standard user on all machines that automatically logs in. I changed <string>admin</string> to that standard user name and the DVD automatically played when inserted after a fresh image. When doing over 100 machines this was a nice help. Thanks again!

I've received some suggestions on altering the authorization file

In the /etc/authorization file you can delegate the right
system.device.dvd.setregion.initial to the group staff, changing:

<key>group</key>
<string>admin</string>

to

<key>group</key>
<string>staff</string>

Does this look or sound reasonable?

thanks

Jerry
