Yes, we can adjust the local folders so the default group is 'staff' instead_______________________________________________
of 'admin' but that's not the point. Active Directory is not sending the
information that needs to be sent to the client. The user logging in only
has staff access. Because of this they get a different user experience than
if they had admin access. Ever try to format a zip disk as a staff member?

Can you adjust the privileges of those specific folders so Quark and
Painter work better when used by non-admins?
