Hi, I have a problem with restarting my tcp server. I'm using AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM sockets. I close server socket and then i want to run server again on the same port, but I receive error during bind. I must wait from 30secs up to 2minutes and then it is possible to run server again.

Does anybody know whay this happens?
